Here are my thoughts after the class, Sunday night--
I had a great time with friends and connected with new people at the sunset beach yoga class. Lisa Pumper created this group and leads as (in my opinion) the best instructor, making you feel confident with your practice at any level. She especially focuses on spinal hygiene throughout the class, which I love! What a great way to recover from the last week and refresh your mind and body for the upcoming challenges ahead. If you are ready to begin your journey toward wellness, there is no better alternative than beach yoga because it incorporates each of the 5 health essentials into your practice. Therefore, if you are looking for a place to start, this is where I highly recommend you begin. Search: Ft. Lauderdale Beach Yoga by Donation. #Health #Essentials#Chiropractic#Exercise#Nutrition#MentalStrength#Recovery

Yoga is already an amazing experience to connect your body with your soul, and do this in front of the ocean, at the sunset and with a great instructor is priceless. I feel ready to start my week after that and recommend to all my friends.

We all know that any kind of yoga can really improve one's health and well being if they do it correctly. Not everyone is aware that more than just a physical activity, yoga is really about our relationship with the Supreme Being. If you will not look at it that way, it's impossible to achieve a holistic perfection when it comes to our health. We can never be healthy if we are unhappy. Only a good relationship with God can give us this kind of peace. We can never find this in any place or people. We should learn the basics of any spiritual practice before we jump on the benefits right away.

When I was younger, I hated getting cat called so bad that I always try to pick a bigger fight on the person or even group of people who try to disrespect me. A close friend jokingly said to me that when I become older and ugly, I am going to miss all these. Fast forward ten years after, strangely what that person said was true. Nobody is bothering me anymore with such jokes. I must admit I kind of miss getting harassed a little. Now that's really strange.
